Change a SCORM package, even when the source files are gone.
A SCORM package is a zip file with the finished course: HTML, JavaScript, images, audio and video, plus a manifest file that tells the LMS how to start the course and what to track. What it does not contain is the project file from the tool the course was built in, such as a Storyline file. That is why you cannot open a SCORM package in Storyline and carry on where someone else left off.

It depends on what needs changing, and on the tool that built the course.
We also turn PowerPoint presentations into SCORM. For a plain slide-by-slide conversion, one of the free online converters is often enough. When the course needs interactions, a quiz or tracking your LMS can report on, we can build it.
The zip file, or a link to it, and a few lines about what needs changing.

No. Storyline cannot import a published SCORM package. That is why a course without its source file has to be edited directly or rebuilt.
